Hoeve de Hoge Swaen is located just outside the centre of Maastricht, 800 metres from Maastricht North Station and 1.9 km from Maastricht Central Station. The main house is privately occupied. The side wing houses 4 studios (permanently occupied) and 2 B&B rooms. The side wing was fully restored in 2023. In an oasis of peace with birds waking up in the morning, you are a stone's throw away from the beautiful city of Maastricht with culture, gastronomy and shopping and the beautiful hill country. Guests of the B&B rooms (ground floor) may use the fully equipped, shared kitchen (67m2). Free parking facilities in enclosed area in the farmhouse. If required, transport to and from the railway station, Maastricht city centre or other locations in the region can be provided. From 2024, it is possible to reserve the swimming pond and outdoor sauna by half-day. PLEASE NOTE: we have pets (dog and cat) so allergy sufferers are not recommended!
