Just opened! In a monumental building from 1890 on a quiet lane in a 19th-century neighbourhood lies our recently renovated BenB. A 5-minute walk away is the beautiful city centre of Zutphen, with its medieval buildings and courtyards. The spacious B&B (total 40 m2) is tastefully decorated, has a sitting area overlooking the 32 m deep garden, and a private terrace where you can enjoy the greenery and birds. Tranquillity and space galore. The seating area has a flat-screen TV with an extensive choice of channels. There is a kitchenette with dining table and equipped with fridge, kettle, utensils, Nespresso machine and combi-oven-microwave (for preparing small meals). Spacious wardrobe and storage space. The B&B has a new, private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, hairdryer and toiletries. You reach the B&B via stairs, but there is also a lift. The B&B is heated by CV, and in a hot summer the room stays nice and cool. A delicious breakfast on request.
