B&B “de Zwetschuur” is located at a crossing point of several hiking, sailing and cycling routes. Until recently the barn was used as a stable for pigs, horses and farming equipment. Due to the beautiful location and the recreational opportunities the close area has to offer, the barn has been thoroughly refurbished and now offers opportunities for a lovely stay. The room is large and looks out over the polder. It has a private bathroom with a rain shower, a comfortable place to sit and a separate (dining-)table. “De Zwetschuur” also offers a recreation room with a sauna, a bubble bath, a steam shower and a comfort shower. These can be booked separately at wish. A small ferry which crosses the “wijde Aa” to Roelofarendsveen is just around the corner. The B&B is situated at the dike near the lake “Braassemermeer” in a picturesque and typical Dutch polder. A place to enjoy nature and landscapes.
