On the second floor of our mansion on the Oostersingel in Groningen we have an apartment available for two people. A library is available on the first floor.
The house is located opposite the UMCG, a five minute walk from the center. Restaurants in various price ranges are in the immediate vicinity. The Stadsschouwburg, Oosterpoort and Simplon within walking distance.
The apartment
The apartment has a sitting room with TV, a balcony on the SW and a view of the Martini Tower, a bedroom with a 2-pers. bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. WiFi available.
The library
The library is a 30 m2 room with a double bed, coffee and tea making facilities, TV and a private bathroom with WC, washbasins, bath and separate shower. The room overlooks the UMCG. WiFi available.
History
The building on the Oostersingel was built in 1924 by order of the grandfather of the current resident and has since remained in the family.
