Feeling at home at our lovely B&B, wich is located on an old street in Utrecht. You can find public transport, restaurants and shops nearby. It's easy to reach the old center of Utrecht from our location. Public transport will take you there within 15 minutes or you can borrow a bike from us. Our B&B is independent from our own house and it's self-sufficient. We have two bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and the other bedroom 2 has two single beds which can be shoved together to form a double. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. The living room and kitchen are on the ground floor. When both bedrooms are rented, the downstairs area will be shared. The school behind our house can give noises on schooldays. Without breakfast € 20,- per room discount. It is possible to rent the entire room with 1 room for 150,- per night, then we leave the other room unoccupied.
