Centrally located between the Frisian Elfsteden is the idyllic mound village of Edens (Iens). At the entrance to the village, the sign ‘Only to Edens’ stands at the beginning of the tree-lined avenue. The cul-de-sac leads past the medieval church with the B&B, a former shophouse from 1877, opposite. With barely 20 inhabitants, tranquillity prevails. Enough to get away from it all! Need to escape the peace and quiet? You can do so by visiting the nearby Frisian Elfsteden Leeuwarden, Franeker, Bolsward or Sneek. On your return, you can relax in the spacious garden room adjacent to an attractive cottage garden. Through the French doors, you step directly onto the wooden terrace adjacent to a pond. The room has a comfortable double bed, a sitting area with armchairs, dining table and private bathroom. Everything is tastefully decorated with great attention to detail.
