B&B Central Park is the ideal place to stay overnight after spending an evening at the theatre or concert. It is located at walking distance from the heart of Utrecht, right across the 'Griftpark', a modern and contemporary city park, which has a restaurant with an attractive terrace.
There are two bedrooms at ground level, and with access to a joint patio, which can also be used for storing bikes (only assessable from the yellow room). The rooms are decorated with art and design from both loca...l talents and well-known artists. The kitchen in the breakfast area is shared with other guests.
The rooms are equipped with Auping box spring beds which can be made as a double bed or as two single beds. Each room has private sanitation (shower, wash basin and toilet), wifi and television. Bikes are available for rent. There is a bus stop in front of the B&B and a parking garage just steps away.
For reservations of 3+ nights a deposit is required. Reservations of 1 night max 5 months in advance

Positive Experiences
The landlady left me with a very positive impression, she was very kind... and attentive to the needs of her guests, she helped me call a taxi and printed me my boarding pass, she made sure to provide all of the needed information about the city, the locations of restaurants, everything that I could have needed.Moreover, the breakfast was abundant and delicious, the room was very spacious and i found the decoration lovely.Both my room and the common space were provided with all the needed utilities
For improvement
Honestly nothing. If I have to visit Utrecht again, I'd stay here without a second thought.

Wir können unserem Quartier nur die Bestnoten geben, es war nichts z...u bemängeln, die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück so vielfältig und liebevoll, dass wir schon allein aus diesem Grund sofort wieder dort zu Gast sein möchten; der Service war super, freundlich und familiär, die Entfernung zur Utrechter Altstadt recht kurz , also alles optimal! Wir Vier können dieses B&B nur empfehlen!!!

Uns fällt nichts ein, womit man diese Pension noch verbessern könnte!

De ontvangst was prima. Ineke was informatief en behulpzaam op een vriendelijke,... gastvrije manier. De slaapkamer was keurig ingericht mer goede bedden evenals de sanitaire voorzieningen. Voor een kort verblijf een uitstekende B&B in een leuke stadswijk.
For improvement
Een iets grotere tv aan de muur. Deze is qua afmeting minimaal. Koelkastje voor de gasten om (fris) drank te koelen of medicijnen.
