Cornelis Coffee Food and a Room is a unique bed and breakfast in an old coach house near the city center. Its not strange that this area of the city is one of the most popular area's for locals to live. Its located behind our coffeebar/ store so thats waking up with the nice smell of coffee! Offcourse you have youre private entrance.
In het coach house you will find a in between floor where a nice box spri...ng bed can be found. On the ground floor there is a large table and a couch. Through the hallway you can reach the kitchen (cooking is not possible!) and also the entrance to the small nice city garden! There is also a large bathroom with a comfy rainshower!
The city center is a 10-15minutes walk through the historic part of Utrecht, a busstop is only 50 meters away! A big grocery store at 200 meters. Bus running to and from the center/ station every 5 minutes!

Ich habe zwei Tage und zwei Nächte in diesem Apartment verbracht un...d es war wunderbar. Wenn ich selbst so eine Wohnung hier hätte! Es ist ein Maisonette-Apartment mit steiler Treppe zum Schlafbereich (man gewöhnt sich schnell daran), ein schönes Wohnzimmer, kleines (Dusch)Bad, kleine Küche und ein kleiner Garten. Lage mit den Bussen prima erreichbar und die Besitzer des Kaffeeladens sind echt nett und hilfsbereit. Ich werde wiederkommen!

Positive Experiences
Gezellige inrichting, goede bedden en prettige, grote doucheruimte. Keukentje... met goedwerkende koelkast en vaatwasser maakt het verblijf nog makkelijker.
De bushalte is op nog geen 2 minuten lopen. Ideaal om Utrecht verder te verkennen.

For improvement
Wij waren er 5 nachten en dan zou het handig zijn als er wat schoonmaakmiddelen voor handen zijn, zoals afwasmiddel en -teiltje, vooral omdat er maar één vaatwastablet aanwezig was.

Een fijne B&B met goed service op een prima locatie in Utrecht. ... Schoon en ruim, prima bed in gezellige zolder nis! Daarnaast een gezellige sfeervolle koffiebar waar we met onze dochters lekker hebben ontbeten.
